Hybrid PV + CSP with Advanced Storage

Combines single-axis solar photovoltaic systems with parabolic trough or tower CSP and high-temperature thermal storage to provide up to 20 hours of reliable, dispatchable power. An optimal solution for captive power needs and micro-grids, already demonstrated at pilot scale.

Solar/Waste-Heat Driven Membrane Distillation

Dairy Processing Facility

Delivered a full turnkey parabolic-trough steam solution for pasteurization and cleaning processes, using CF-100 parabolic-trough and boiler system supplying 0.3 MW thermal output and generating 8 bar steam. This system eliminates approximately 150,000 liters of furnace oil use annually, saving nearly ₹40 lakh and reducing CO₂ emissions by 280 tonnes each year.

Served as owner's engineer for a large-scale parabolic-trough plant with advanced thermal storage, ensuring 24/7 reliable steam. Enabled annual coal savings of ₹22 crore and abated 62,800 tonnes of CO₂ per year.
